We are looking for people who show up with warmth, patience, and steady belief in the youth we serve.
Working with young people who have experienced trauma is some of the hardest and most important work anyone can do. It is also some of the most rewarding. At Pure Faith House, we take care of our team so our team can take care of our youth.
You will be supported by a leadership team that values clinical wisdom, cultural humility, and everyday kindness. You will work alongside colleagues who show up because they believe the work matters, and who make each other better every day.
You will be trusted, trained, and supported. And you will leave every shift knowing you were part of something that mattered.
