Admissions

We understand the importance of your request, and we strive to provide a timely response. Expect a review of your submission within 24 hours or by the next business day.

Our application process offers flexibility, allowing you to complete it offline by downloading the admission form, along with the required supporting documents. Upon receiving your completed Admissions Application and supplemental materials, we’ll promptly confirm you.

Should the applicant meet our admissions criteria, we’ll arrange a pre-placement interview, either on-campus or at the child’s current placement. Following this interview, a placement decision will be made within 24 hours or the next business day, and you’ll be promptly informed. If your referral is accepted, we’ll schedule an admission date accordingly.

Before finalizing the placement, we’ll require several additional documents, including;

• Copy of the Insurance Card
• Immunization Record
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Most Recent School Transcript,
• Current IEP
• Educational Records
• Physical Examination details
• Dental Examination details
• Copy of custody order
• Placement agreement signed by the funding agency, placing agency, and guardian.

It’s important to note that we do accept Emergency Placements, which will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
